Associate Product Owner - LIMS

📋 Description

• Plan and prioritize product development and product feature backlog in alignment with the Product
• Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they’re clearly understood by relevant
• Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with
• Mitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goals
• Review product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities
• Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry or related
• 5 or more years of experience in product development.
• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps Services, Trello or JIRA.
• Knowledge of agile methodology for project management.
• Knowledge of Clinical Diagnostics and/or Laboratory processes.
• Understanding of laboratory KPIs such as Sample turnaround time (TAT), Productivity, Automation
