📋 Description

• Partner with Producing and Creative Services to translate visions into reality.
• Make real-time editorial decisions during live broadcasts.
• Lead live and on-demand productions for high production value.
• Lead and support a 1–2-person Production Technician team during broadcasts.
• Maintain the final artistic aesthetic and technical quality per brand style.
• Manage Control Room workflows and coordinate tasks for success.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years directing or TD in live control room or broadcast.
• Ross Carbonite switchers; Yamaha QL/CL consoles; SDI/NDI/Dante.
• Guide a technical crew during live broadcasts; supervise small teams.
• Systems-oriented; troubleshoot complex signal paths and IP workflows.
