Associate Program Manager - Talent Development Program Management

📋 Description

• Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning solutions aligned to defined learning
• Translate technical and complex content into clear, engaging instructional materials using
• Apply learning principles and internal standards to ensure instructional quality and engagement.
• Support project timelines, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Conduct basic evaluation of learning effectiveness and incorporate feedback into revisions.
• Support LMS administration activities, including user management, course assignments, enrollment

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of demonstrated instructional design experience.
• Working knowledge of ADDIE, SAM, or similar instructional design methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Articulate 360 (Storyline and/or Rise) or comparable authoring tools.
• Ability to work with complex or technical content and translate it into accessible learning
• Familiarity with LMS administration, including course setup, user groups, assignment logic, and
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative approach.
