Associate Property Analyst

📋 Description

• Establish and maintain lease payment records and coordinate timely and accurate landowner payments
• Input, maintain, audit, and update lease, easement, option, and other real estate agreement data
• Monitor critical contract dates, payment obligations, notice requirements, and term extensions, and
• In partnership with Property Analysts, coordinate with internal stakeholders, including
• Perform quality control reviews of land records and associated documentation to ensure data
• Generate reports, analyze land agreement data, and provide insights to support business

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Legal, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in land administration, real estate, title management, or related
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records across multiple systems
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing responsibilities, manage deadlines, and work
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and the ability to learn new software
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
