📋 Description

• Own end-to-end solutioning of provider escalations
• Coordinate cross-functionally with internal partners
• Build relationships through effective communication and trust
• Support team members via knowledge sharing, process docs, and tooling
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Operate within Oscar's provider success responsibilities and goals

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in operations, data analysis, or consulting within healthcare
• 3+ years collaborating on project plans with internal/external stakeholders
• 3+ years designing/improving workflows with procedures and tooling
• Experience distilling complex problems for technical/non-technical audiences
• Healthcare experience required

🎁 Benefits

• Base pay: $96,876 - $127,149 per year
• Benefits package, unlimited vacation, annual performance bonuses
• Hybrid work schedule with 3 days in-office per week (Thu in-office day)
