📋 Description

• Manage an assigned portfolio of accepted learners from offer acceptance through enrollment and
• Guide learners through enrollment requirements, including seat acceptance, agreements
• Conduct proactive outreach through phone, email, SMS, and virtual meetings to maintain learner
• Build trusted relationships with diverse learners and provide responsive, empathetic support while

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in admissions, enrollment, recruiting, customer success, inside sales
• Experience managing a portfolio, pipeline, caseload, or group of customers or learners, with the
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly, proactively engage individuals, establish trust, and
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain requirements
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and sound judgment, particularly when supporting individuals
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities, maintain
