📋 Description

• Administer the enforcement of the franchise agreements
• Research, prepare and issue official notices of non-compliance, and default to franchisees due to
• Ensure compliance with state franchise relationship laws affecting default and termination
• Work with regions to cure issued defaults in a timely manner in accordance with then-current
• Administer franchise agreement renewal process
• Initiate and coordinate the renewal process to ensure a fully executed renewal contract is in place

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• General experience and comfort with legal matters and documents
• Strong organizational skills and very detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently while balancing team and individual responsibilities
