Associate Research Scientist - Large Molecule Bioanalysis

📋 Description

• Develop, optimize, and validate bioanalytical methods for large molecule analysis using ELISA and
• Execute all laboratory activities in strict adherence to Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) guidelines
• Perform immunogenicity assessments and immunological testing with precision and scientific rigor
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and data integrity throughout all bioanalytical studies
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, sponsors, regulatory agencies, and external auditors
• Utilize laboratory information management systems (LIMS) to record, track, and manage study data

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in bioanalytical method development/validation for large molecules
• Proficiency in ELISA and MSD platforms (or other ligand binding assays)
• Understanding of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) guidelines and regulatory expectations
• Excellent documentation and data integrity practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
