Associate Scientist – BTS (Process)

📋 Description

• Receives and discusses assignments from / with Project Leader(s). Performs experiments based on
• Creates a test design in consultation with Project Leader(s) and arranges the supporting work as
• Is responsible for carrying out the standard provisions and tests. Plans the work for this.
• Indicates deviations, investigates the cause, and makes proposals for improving / changing the
• Records the results in the laboratory journal, interprets them and discusses them with the project
• Writes Subject Memos, Subject Reports and Regulations / Protocols (if necessary, in English) with

🎯 Requirements

• Master/Bachelor Science education in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Food- or Life Sciences with
• Basic understanding of cell biology, bacteriology and/or virology is preferred
• Knowledge and experience of the requirements and rules for setting up and functioning of a
• Knowledge of and experience with GxP guidelines
• Knowledge of and experience with MPS methods
• Excellent Dutch and/or English communication skills, both written and verbal
