Associate Solution Deployment Manager

📋 Description

• Manage customers across different countries, running multiple projects concurrently
• Work with customers to identify and document success criteria
• Develop and monitor implementation schedules to meet objectives
• Document and share Service Engagement activities across Customer Success teams
• Facilitate development of functional/technical specs for implementation
• Identify, quantify, and communicate risks internally and externally

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT service implementation, technical consulting, or project management, ideally with Mid Market clients
• Working knowledge of project management principles and the software implementation lifecycle
• Strong understanding of ETL-style data migration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, mapping, and project tracking
• Solid understanding of application programming and system design
• Fluency in English, written and spoken
