Associate Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Support the configuration of templates, workflows, and rules based on established design patterns.
• Assist in translating customer requirements into functional system setups.
• Maintain a clear pulse on your assigned tasks, surfacing blockers or questions to your lead early.
• Draft design documentation, workflow logic diagrams, and configuration notes.
• Ensure all "as-built" documentation is accurate and reflects the final state of the customer
• Help prepare handoff materials for Quality Assurance to meet the demanding needs of our customers.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a technical or analytical role (Implementation, Support, or Junior
• Strong logical aptitude: Ability to understand conditional logic (if/then/else) and structured data.
• High attention to detail: Proven ability to manage documentation and follow complex processes
• Effective Communication: Ability to explain technical steps clearly to both internal teammates and
• Adaptability: Comfort in fast-paced technical environments with continuous product delivery and
• Must be based in (or planning to relocate to) Washington, DC — this role is hybrid.
