Associate/Sr Associate- People Experience

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle, from pre-boarding to post-joining assimilation, with
• Run orientation sessions on mission, culture and structure, and coordinate with IT, Workplace and
• Facilitate assimilation programmes - new-joiner connects, check-ins, buddy programmes and milestone
• Maintain a feedback-driven onboarding framework, using HR automation, AI-assisted drafting and
• Manage offboarding end-to-end, from resignation to last working day, tracking timelines and process
• Coordinate clearance across IT, Finance, Workplace, HR Shared Services and reporting managers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Industrial Psychology or a related field. Master’s
• 2 to 4 years of experience in HR operations, onboarding or generalist roles, ideally within a tech
• HR Tools proficiency: Hands-on experience with Darwinbox, Fresh Services and MS Suite.
• Operational excellence: Strong coordination, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills across diverse audiences.
• Data & AI judgement: Comfortable using HRIS, Excel and generative AI tools efficiently, with
