Associate, Strategic Finance

📋 Description

• Craft data-driven pricing recommendations to influence growth and bottom line
• Build models and tooling for insights, including scenario modeling
• Collaborate with Actuarial, Regional Leaders, Plan Design and Sales on portfolio strategy
• Identify profitability tradeoffs, market trends, and membership insights
• Source, organize, and analyze data to support strategic programs
• Monitor ACA trends and metrics to inform tactics during selling season

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Actuarial or equivalent
• 4+ years finance experience in healthcare, consulting, insurance, or financial services
• 2+ years experience with Google apps (Sheets/Docs/Slides) or Microsoft
• 2+ years experience working with C-level executives
• MBA in finance or MS in Financial Analysis
• Experience in managed care, healthcare, or insurance
