Associate, Structured Finance

📋 Description

• Lead structuring, negotiation, and closing of third-party capital.
• Support debt and tax equity structures for asset financing.
• Join deal team across structuring, due diligence, and execution to closing.
• Build debt/tax equity financial models for optimization.
• Prepare investor, management, and board materials for decisions.
• Maintain relationships with banks, direct lenders, tax equity investors, and other providers.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years in project finance, structured finance, or related fields.
• Passion for Generate's mission.
• Undergraduate degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent with strong academics.
• Strong ownership mentality for modeling, due diligence, and deal execution.
• Analytical, quantitative, and technical abilities, incl. tax equity & project finance modeling.
• Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams.
