📋 Description

• Deliver excellent customer service while supporting employees across multiple locations.
• Provide day-to-day technical support for endpoint and user systems across Windows, macOS, and Linux
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile devices, and peripheral
• Support conference room, collaboration, and meeting technology for executive meetings, leadership
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls through Active Directory and Azure AD in
• Support endpoint management and security controls to maintain a secure and compliant computing

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in enterprise desktop support, IT support, or junior systems administration.
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS operating systems; exposure to Linux is a plus.
• Basic experience administering Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), or similar identity
• Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN connectivity.
• Familiarity with endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune, JAMF, or similar platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and documentation skills.
