📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technology roles across multiple levels and functions.
• Drive bulk hiring for tech positions while ensuring quality and turnaround timelines.
• Own strong candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, employee referrals, databases, and other
• Conduct proactive sourcing and build a strong pipeline of tech talent across various skill sets.
• Plan and execute walk-in/virtual hiring drives and other volume-hiring initiatives.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, with strong exposure to Technology
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end tech recruitment.
• Strong expertise in sourcing and candidate pipeline building.
• Proven experience in bulk/volume hiring for technology roles.
• Experience in planning and managing hiring drives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work closely with hiring managers and
