📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of roles across the company: intake meetings with hiring
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, networking groups, industry communities, referrals
• Develop deep knowledge of the markets Generate operates in, including sustainable infrastructure
• Build and maintain proactive talent networks and market maps by sector and by function, and track
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Communicate promptly and clearly, prepare candidates
• Draft job descriptions, post roles across the right channels, and partner with our Talent team

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, HR, or a related people function.
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting, ideally in a fast-growing company, investment firm
• Strong sourcing skills, and comfort finding candidates beyond inbound applicants.
• Genuine curiosity about the markets we invest in, and experience (or strong interest) in building
• A passion for our mission and for helping people grow in their careers.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills, with high attention to
