Associate Talent Partner

📋 Description

• Independently manage the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume frontline, technical
• Build representative candidate pipelines through direct sourcing and a range of attraction
• Partner with hiring managers and Directors to provide guidance on role definition, assessment
• Deliver an inclusive, transparent, and well-managed candidate experience, supporting hiring teams
• Use recruitment data and market intelligence to monitor progress, highlight risks and bottlenecks
• Partner across Talent Acquisition, People, Finance, and Fleet Operations on workforce planning

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated success in independently delivering full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced or scaling
• Experience recruiting across a range of roles, including high-volume/frontline and specialist or
• Confidence and judgement to advise senior stakeholders, challenge assumptions, and translate
• Strong direct-sourcing skills and experience building pipelines via multiple attraction channels.
• Hands-on, adaptable, highly organised, and able to balance competing priorities with strong
• Comfortable using applicant tracking systems, recruitment data, and market insights.
