• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, People, Finance, and Fleet Operations teams

• Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced organization
• Experience recruiting high-volume, professional, or manager-level roles
• Confidence and judgment to advise senior stakeholders
• Strong direct-sourcing skills and multi-channel attraction
• Hands-on, adaptable, organized with attention to detail
• Comfortable with applicant tracking systems and recruitment data
