Associate Technical Client Manager (Pharmaceutical)

📋 Description

• Act as liaison between major clients and laboratory for chemistry division.
• Prepare and submit responses to smaller project quotes.
• Collaborate with clients and business development to schedule meetings.
• Provide technical support and advice to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Respond to enquiries and record details in request tracking tool.
• Scope and prepare client proposals with operations and sales.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry highly preferred.
• 3+ years lab scientist experience or equivalent.
• 2+ years customer/client contact experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Regulatory Affairs and pharmaceutical development (CMC).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial attitude, capable of multi-tasking.
