Associate Technical Consultant - Data Storage

📋 Description

• Install data center hardware, including racking, stacking, and cabling, to support enterprise
• Apply basic configurations to physical infrastructure, including PowerMax, PowerFlex, PowerEdge
• Configure and deploy SAN infrastructure, including Cisco and Brocade Fibre Channel switching.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, implementation plans
• Serve as a supporting technical point of contact during delivery engagements, status meetings
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, account teams, and customer stakeholders to align

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience supporting enterprise infrastructure delivery, preferably in consulting
• Ability to diagnose and resolve connectivity issues across systems, hosts, switches, and related
• Strong written, verbal, and technical documentation skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in client-facing delivery environments.
• Working knowledge of Linux, Unix, and Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with automation and orchestration concepts, with experience using one or more tools
