Associate, Technical Operations - Solar

📋 Description

• Actively manage O&M performance for a subset of the portfolio.
• Own portfolio operations including maintenance and repairs.
• Monitor O&M vendor performance to SLAs and cost control.
• Collect and analyze data supporting contractual guarantees.
• Support monthly KPI reporting and status of open issues.
• Work in Generate’s systems for monitoring, case mgmt, and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3+ years in solar ops, maintenance, or asset management.
• Familiar with reading PVSyst reports (preferred).
• DAS/SCADA experience across multiple platforms.
• Experience assessing weather-adjusted system performance.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Able to work effectively on cross-functional teams.
