📋 Description

• Own discipline-specific deliverables, lead small projects, and support larger projects
• Lead and support project execution with growing judgment
• Resolve issues, validate assumptions, and make informed decisions with increasing independence
• Build team collaboration and client confidence by showing up prepared, responsive, and reliable
• Maintain alignment across disciplines by communicating clearly and closing loops proactively
• Improve the TEECOM system by maintaining organized documentation and identifying workflow gaps

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Engineering (Electrical preferred), Architecture, or related field; or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in the AEC industry with strong proficiency in Revit, coordinated modeling
• Experience delivering technology system designs (Telecom/ICT, Structured Cabling, Low Voltage
• Ability to lead BIM coordination efforts including clash detection, model review, and
• Ability to manage coordinated models and produce accurate drawings with minimal oversight
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit
