• Collaborate with business and tech stakeholders on department needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in operations and/or health insurance.
• 2+ years using Excel/Google Sheets and SQL.
• 2+ years end-to-end project management in cross-functional env.
• 2+ years administering ops/analytics platforms incl requirements, UAT.
• Experience managing and presenting to stakeholders.
• 2+ years with Lean, Six Sigma, or Theory of Constraints.
