Associate - Trust & Safety

📋 Description

• Review and moderate audio, chat, and user interactions in accordance with community guidelines
• Identify, investigate, and take appropriate action against abusive, harmful, fraudulent, or
• Escalate high-risk, sensitive, or complex cases to the appropriate internal teams for timely
• Review user reports, appeals, and flagged conversations to ensure moderation decisions are fair
• Conduct quality audits of moderated interactions and maintain accurate, complete moderation records.
• Monitor moderation trends and identify recurring risks, patterns, or opportunities to improve

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1-2 years of experience in Trust & Safety, content moderation, community moderation, quality
• Strong understanding of online safety, community guidelines, content moderation principles, and
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to assess
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Tamil is mandatory, including reading, writing, and speaking.
