Associate Web Development Software Engineer (SDK)

📋 Description

• Building and shipping developer-facing SDKs used by other engineers.
• Owning the SDK as a product: API surface, TS types, versioning, docs.
• Building AI-powered automation workflows connecting our product to systems.
• Develop features with AI tooling, integrate APIs and data models; own PR lifecycle.
• Collaborate across web, mobile, and backend teams on architecture and direction.
• Partner with Product/Design to translate designs into shipped SDK solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience designing and shipping a developer-facing SDK, library, or public API.
• Strong separation-of-concerns judgment to design framework-agnostic core logic.
• Experience packaging libraries: bundling (tsup, Rollup, Vite), ESM/CJS output, npm publishing.
• 2–3 years of professional experience with React & TypeScript; building reusable components.
• Well-versed in building AI automation workflows (LLM API integrations).
• Solid fundamentals (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) and APIs.
• Based in NYC metro area and able to work hybrid.
• Authorized to work in the US.
