Associate, Workers' Compensation Operations

📋 Description

• Provide accurate support to customers on Justworks Workers' Compensation coverage.
• Answer inbound inquiries from small business customers via email.
• Resolve inquiries by contacting state agencies, internal teams, and carrier.
• Evaluate customer records to create workers' comp policies for new locations and class codes.
• Craft outbound emails to customers or internal partners; follow up by phone when needed.
• Organize and file incoming mail; ensure timely responses to carriers and states.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations, insurance, or customer service related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• You like working with people and helping others solve problems.
• You enjoy entrepreneurial environments and want to help build something meaningful.
• Knowledge of workers compensation or the PEO industry preferred.
• Experience using Zendesk, Talkdesk, JIRA, and Confluence a plus.
