📋 Description

• Maintain platform integrity and governance of the entire Atlassian Cloud ecosystem including Jira
• Standardize configurations and design efficient workflows
• Implement architectural best practices
• Design and implement advanced automations leveraging internal and external REST APIs to extend
• Optimize task flows and build cross-system automations
• Support internal engineering, IT, business, and operations teams

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in administration and engineering of Atlassian Cloud
• In-depth knowledge of Jira architecture: designing workflows, schemes, permission models, license
• Experience building and maintaining structures in Jira Service Management (JSM): request types, SLA
• Proven ability to design and implement advanced automations leveraging internal and external REST
• Hands-on experience with process automation, scripting, and both native and third-party system
• Experience in Confluence configuration, space management, and knowledge base structuring
