AU Tax Senior Accountant

📋 Description

• Prepare and lodge BAS and IAS returns accurately and within required deadlines.
• Prepare profit and loss statements, balance sheets, depreciation schedules, and other financial
• Prepare and lodge income tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, and partnerships.
• Review and reconcile client accounting records using platforms such as MYOB, QuickBooks, Xero, and
• Prepare accurate and timely management reports based on client accounting data.
• Provide technical and practical support on Australian taxation matters, including FBT, CGT, income

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in Australian taxation and accounting.
• Strong practical knowledge of Australian tax requirements, including GST, BAS/IAS, FBT, CGT, and
• Experience preparing tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, and partnerships.
• Experience managing multiple clients and balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong understanding of Australian accounting and financial reporting practices.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
