Audio/Video (AV) Production Technician

📋 Description

• Set up and operate audio and video recording equipment according to established production
• Work with equipment such as condenser and dynamic microphones, Sennheiser systems, Zoom F3 and
• Perform pre-session technical checks to verify equipment connections, recording levels, microphone
• Monitor audio and video recordings throughout sessions, identifying potential issues before they
• Troubleshoot technical problems as they arise, working quickly and persistently through established
• Follow standardized recording procedures, equipment configurations, and quality checks to maintain

• Tech-savvy, hands-on, and comfortable learning and working with different types of recording
• A quick, persistent problem-solver who enjoys troubleshooting and figuring out why something isn't
• Able to follow detailed technical instructions and established playbooks accurately and
• Detail-oriented and understands the importance of reliable equipment setup and recording quality.
• Able to stay calm under pressure, troubleshoot methodically, and know when to escalate issues.
• Dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

🎁 Benefits

• Contract Duration: To be confirmed during the recruitment process
• Up to 40 hours per week
• $20 to $30 per hour, depending on relevant experience
• Occasional evening and weekend availability required
