Audio Visual Supervisor, Live Events

📋 Description

• Effectively delegate instructions to all technology team members and temporary staff on site
• Responsible for proper equipment maintenance, inventory, and storage
• Ensure completion of assigned tasks to technology specialists and labor vendors
• Determine labor and equipment needs along with scheduling on a weekly basis
• Maintain a constant line of communications with onsite and regional leadership
• Accurately perform daily, weekly, and monthly check lists

🎯 Requirements

• Flexible and long hours sometimes required including weekends and holidays
• Required to move, set/strike equipment up to 50 lbs. without support, must be able to lift, carry
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
• Experience with Audio systems: 4-24 channel analog/digital mixers, wireless microphone lavaliers
• Experience with Video: Switchers, projectors, LCD displays, LED Video Walls, Crestron DM/NVX systems
