📋 Description

• Lead or support buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements
• Analyze historical and projected financial information to identify trends, risks, and transaction
• Assess quality of earnings, normalized EBITDA, working capital, net debt, debt-like items, cash
• Assist clients with pre-transaction financial readiness, seller assistance, and preparation for
• Evaluate financial-information quality and identify accounting matters that may affect valuation
• Plan, manage, and complete financial statement audit engagements in accordance with applicable

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
• Active CPA license required
• Approximately 8 or more years of progressive public accounting experience, including significant
• Experience with financial due diligence, transaction support, quality-of-earnings analysis, or
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and applicable auditing standards
