• Embed directly with domain experts and partner accounting and audit firms, shadowing live
• Build and own the solution that delivers value (new agent, enhance existing capability, or make
• Partner with engineering and applied science teams to deliver committed outcomes, translating
• Own the practitioner-credibility standard for AI outputs in audit contexts, defining output
• Contribute domain insights to the evaluation framework defining quality thresholds for audit outputs
• Maintain awareness of AI capabilities and emerging agent patterns/models to ground product decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of eight years experience as a practitioner in audit, assurance, or accounting
• Demonstrated ability to articulate and defend quality thresholds for AI outputs in audit contexts
• Hands-on portfolio of building AI or software solutions to real problems (personal automation
• Working technical fluency with modern LLMs, AI tools, prompt-engineering, and ideally low-code
• Credible operating in both audit-practice and engineering contexts to translate domain requirements
• High personal initiative/bias for building working solutions and refining to production reliability
