Automation & Controls Engineer I

📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Engineering, CI, Maintenance, IT developers
• Design advanced level control systems and automation solutions that align with company
• Collaborate with software IT teams to ensure compatibility and future expansion of machine
• Create complete project specifications including cost savings, capex, RFQ, timeline, and resource
• Manage and/or supervise work of third parties or integrators; conduct FAT and SAT validations.
• Train key plant personnel and leadership in automation technologies.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3+ years of work experience in a manufacturing environment as a controls engineer.
• At least 1+ years of leadership and automation project management experience (Desired).
• Intermediate-advanced knowledge of power distribution, electrical panel layout, high/low voltage
• Intermediate-advanced experience with Omron Sysmac Studio and Allen Bradley Studio 5000.
• Desired experience with Beckhoff TC3.

🎁 Benefits

• Annual base salary range: $97,000 - $110,000
