Automation Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and implement the team's first automation framework for our Java microservices platform
• Build repeatable automated test suites covering core cross-border payment platform flows —
• Automate validation of scheduled jobs, message-driven flows, and file-based business processes
• Develop SQL-based assertions across multiple databases to verify transaction state machines
• Track issue resolution, verify fixes, and ensure automated test results meet release quality
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Alibaba Cloud DevOps / Codeup or similar); build

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of test automation / test development experience, with preference for payment, fintech, or
• 3+ years working experience in a high-tech or fintech company, or hands-on experience in core
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Proficient in Java or Python; strong HTTP/API testing and database (SQL) validation skills
• Strong sense of ownership and fast learning; meticulous and rigorous; strong problem-localization
• Preferred: experience building 0-to-1 automation frameworks or smoke-test tooling; performance
