📋 Description

• Analyze existing state systems and document business and system requirements supporting IES
• Extract, validate, and quality-check business rules from legacy systems, ensuring comprehensive
• Collaborate with agency stakeholders to determine which legacy business rules should be retained
• Document current-state and future-state requirements, processes, and system behavior.
• Develop business analysis deliverables, including process flows, context diagrams, use cases
• Elicit requirements from agency staff, local district subject matter experts, end users, and

🎯 Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience working as an Automation Engineer.
• 3–7 years of state-government business analysis experience within the human services domain
• Demonstrated experience eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and managing requirements across the
• Strong ability to produce business process flows, user stories, data dictionaries, wireframes, and
• 3–7 years of experience contributing to Integrated Eligibility System modernization programs
• Experience performing business analysis and workflow automation for eligibility systems.

🎁 Benefits

• Salary range of $135,000–$145,000 per year.
• Full-time position.
• 35-month engagement.
• Remote work potentially available for more than 50% and up to 100% of the time, subject to manager
• Fully remote consultants are expected to attend monthly meetings in Albany and major milestone
• Low-level Data Breach and Privacy/Cyber Liability insurance is required for the engagement.
