Automation Service Engineer I/II, Oncology

📋 Description

• Provide service, support, and troubleshooting for automated processes and instrumentation.
• Perform and coordinate maintenance work on laboratory equipment.
• Troubleshoot, conduct root cause analysis, and problem solving on lab instruments.
• Carry out Installation, Operational, and Process Qualifications on new equipment as necessary.
• Collaborate with Quality Control to ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in

🎯 Requirements

• BS degree in a scientific discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in operating and troubleshooting laboratory equipment, preferably
• Strong customer focused service experience.
• Ability to engage in constructive dialogue, challenge concerns and maintain transparency.
• Proficiency in problem-solving with limited direction and making confident decisions.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
