📋 Description

• Work in a team responsible for service, support, and troubleshooting of automated processes and
• Execute or coordinate routine maintenance of laboratory equipment
• Perform Installation, Operational, and Performance Qualification on equipment
• Troubleshoot and triage equipment issues and involve vendors as required
• Draft documentation related to equipment operation and maintenance as needed
• Suggest process improvements and design a plan to execute them

🎯 Requirements

• BS degree in a scientific discipline
• Associate II: 1+ years of experience servicing Liquid Handlers, or 2+ years experience in a
• Familiarity with the basics of a coding language and flow control logic
• Understanding of clinical laboratory assays and their applications
• Ability to identify, analyze and solve problems with minimal direction
• Strong willingness to learn in a complex laboratory environment
