📋 Description

• Define, architect, implement, and manage the automation stack using platforms such as Automation
• Map cross-functional workflows and automate repetitive processes to boost efficiency.
• Design integrations across Google Workspace, Salesforce, iCIMS, Jira, and similar tools.
• Incorporate AI features for summarization, classification, routing, and sentiment-based automation.
• Monitor performance, reliability, and drive sustainable fixes; align with governance and standards.
• Lead a lean automation team and mentor contributors for quality practices.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years of professional tech experience.
• Familiarity with Automation Anywhere, Google Apps Script, or similar tools.
• Strong know-how in workflow design, trigger-based automation, and light API integrations.
• Experience with scripting or process engineering; AI-assisted automation interest is a plus.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Salesforce, iCIMS, Jira or similar platforms.
