📋 Description

• Review repair and maintenance needs in reconditioning facility.
• Coordinate minor repairs with mechanic team.
• Track repair schedules, updates, and documents in systems.
• Communicate repair status with management and team.
• Support high-volume workflow in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain organized records of repairs and maintenance.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between estimates, progress, and standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; tech automotive asset.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years as an apprentice automotive technician.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, multitask, professional communication.
• License: Valid driver's license (minimum G2).
• Work Authorization: Legally allowed to work in Canada.
• Location: Ability to commute to Mississauga.
• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, overtime as needed.
