Automotive Inspection Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee the daily operations of the vehicle inspection department
• Manage a team of inspectors, apprentices, and technicians
• Ensure vehicles meet Clutch’s quality and safety standards prior to retail readiness
• Oversee inspections, diagnostics, repair recommendations, and quality control
• Monitor timelines to ensure on-schedule completion
• Establish and monitor department KPIs and production metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5–7 years of automotive experience, with at least 3 years in leadership or management role
• Strong understanding of vehicle inspections, diagnostics, repair processes, and automotive quality standards
• Previous experience managing technicians, apprentices, inspectors, or production teams
• 310S License strongly preferred, or equivalent hands-on technician experience
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
