🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years building, deploying, and troubleshooting computer systems, hardware, software, and IP
Q-SYS Level 1 Certification.
Experience with construction CAD drawings and AV concepts.
Strong customer service, problem solving, and teamwork skills.
Working knowledge of video conferencing solutions and support.
