Support networking, desktop, audio, video, HSIA, and conferencing

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s preferred
3+ years in AV and IT equipment support
Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
Knowledge of analog/digital audio mixers, wireless mics, projectors
Basic Crestron and central control systems knowledge
Networking basics: DHCP/Static IP, Wi-Fi, LAN
