Aviation Operations Coordinator

📋 Description

• Monitor incoming flight requests in the Goodwin platform and take ownership of closing them quickly
• Call aircraft operators to confirm availability, gather detailed quotes, and clarify trip
• Build real relationships with operators so they recognize your name, return your calls, and trust
• Ask thoughtful questions, dig for missing details, and proactively surface information brokers need
• Follow up persistently when responses are slow or incomplete
• Negotiate pricing and terms when appropriate to help brokers close business

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a high-energy, customer-facing role such as hospitality, restaurants
• Ability to work in person at our Columbus, Ohio office five days per week; must live within
• Availability to work scheduled shifts within operating hours of 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m., including
• Full confidence spending most of the day on the phone
• Natural comfort talking to people, building rapport easily
• Strong problem-solving instincts and the ability to figure things out under time pressure
