Avionics Battery Technician II, Second Shift

📋 Description

• Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot battery systems using meters, analyzers, and diagnostics
• Verifying charge/discharge performance
• Assemble battery packs, modules, and wiring harnesses following technical drawings and safety
• Conduct capacity test, load test, and quality checks to verify system performance
• Document test results, maintenance actions, and system performance data
• Replace defective cells, wiring, or components and ensure proper disposal of hazardous materials

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of electrical systems, DC power, and basic electronics
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals
• Experience with multimeters, load testers, and diagnostic tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Mechanical aptitude and hands on troubleshooting ability
• Knowledge in Li-ion cells and wire bond processes
