Avionics Hardware Engineer I

📋 Description

• Design, test, and analyze custom avionics electronics for Terran R.
• Oversee hardware development from concept to flight readiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, thermal, software, etc.).
• Ensure reliability, manufacturability, and on-schedule delivery.
• Take ownership of avionics components and architecture.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field
• Familiarity with eCAD software such as Altium or equivalent
• Hardware bring-up, validation, debugging, and data analysis
• Board-level design from concept to manufacturing
• Cross-functional collaboration with mechanical, thermal, electrical, and software teams
• Embedded software development and integration for avionics (nice to have)
• Power electronics: motor drives, DC-DC converters, load switches, HV DC
