Avionics Harness Technician II, First Shift

📋 Description

• Assembling wire harnesses according to detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and industry
• Conducting thorough inspections, continuity checks, and hipot tests to ensure the integrity and
• Performing rework and repairs on wire harnesses, including cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering
• Documenting all work performed, including any discrepancies and corrective actions taken

🎯 Requirements

• Must have a high school diploma or GED 2+ year of hands-on experience as a harnessing technician
• Ability to conduct thorough inspections, continuity checks, and hipot tests to ensure the integrity
• Ability to perform rework and repairs on wire harnesses, including cutting, stripping, crimping
• Prior certification in industry-standard wiring practices, demonstrating proficiency and adherence
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. unassisted, ensuring efficiency in handling materials and assemblies
