AVP, Consumer Strategy

📋 Description

• Lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide consumer strategies for D-SNP and C-SNP
• Own the end-to-end consumer strategy across acquisition, enrollment, product and benefit design
• Partner with Product and Actuarial teams to develop differentiated product, benefit, and experience
• Use consumer insights, data, analytics, market intelligence, competitive research, and financial
• Collaborate with Clinical and quality-focused teams to advance strategies that improve health
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Digital, Member Experience, and Customer Service teams to

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA, MPH, MHA, or other advanced degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in product management, strategy development, business
• Demonstrated success developing and executing growth strategies that improve membership
• Experience leading enterprise-level initiatives and building alignment among senior executives and
• Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to present complex analyses, insights
• Advanced qualitative and quantitative analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience

• Base salary range of $203,400–$279,800 per year, with actual compensation varying based on
