AVP, Programming Producer

📋 Description

• Manage execution of the monthly, annual, and bespoke New York engagement program calendar
• Design and deliver compelling programming to grow and retain audiences, celebrating Sotheby’s
• Coordinate across internal teams such as Marketing, Events, Global Fine Art, and Luxury to deliver
• Work closely with Front of House, Security and Facilities to create a seamless and consistent
• Lead on-site delivery of all New York programming and events, directing internal teams, external
• Develop and maintain production schedules, run-of-show documents, staffing plans, technical briefs

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in cultural programming, project management, and event delivery
• Established network across the arts and culture sector
• Strong creative and strategic thinking, with experience developing innovative programming concepts
• Apply a proactive, solutions-focused approach to designing programming and audience experiences
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills, with experience delivering internal and external
• Results-oriented, with experience measuring ROI and improving processes
