Provide L1, L2, L3 support to various Post Trade Processing applications (Middle-Office
Work on service requests using the Incident / Problem / Service management workflow, raised by
Work closely with SME's on any such requests as per the needs
Work independently and represent status on different tasks with SME's
Implement methods for continually improving the support systems/processes
Provide application and system monitoring

🎯 Requirements

Production Support / Dev Ops / SRE (Min 4 years of experience)
AWS and Snowflake
DevOps/ SRE
Various RDBMS (Oracle, MS SQL Server, Sybase etc)
Batch Job Schedulers (TWS / Autosys)
Operating System - Windows and UNIX
